A big hello, to the amazing readers of L’s blog. I am Tanya from Scribbled Dreams. And thank you so much L for this fabulous opportunity. Now on with the post. 😀
When faced with the question on why I love to write and/or read blogs, the first thing that comes to my mind is the word “inspiration”. I could come up with a better reason or some deep story but I am deciding to go with this gut feeling. Now inspiration is something we all
want need, irrespective of our age. We want to be inspired to do good. Blogging has always been a way for me to get inspired. This is a wonderful platform to meet people who in some way match your wavelength.
Now what exactly is inspiration? Well according to the internet inspiration is defined as the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. Explicitly it means is that a lot of us fail to see the greatness within ourselves. We stop believing in the magic of being different. We assume that a person is only great (follow worthy) if he/she makes national headlines. But press isn’t necessary. As a matter of fact, sometimes the most inspiring people in the world go completely unnoticed. The people who do something to better humanity in their own small corner of the world. They don’t need headlines or accolades.
And to be honest this blogging community is a wonderful place filled with the right kind of people. The bloggers here are so talented and opinionated, they inspire you. Their stories, write-ups, articles, poem etc. are incredible. To be able to see the effort they put in is applause worthy. And do you know what the best part is, you see them grow as an individual, become better versions of themselves. And trust me when I tell you this, there is nothing more inspiring than this. This community in itself is so supportive and welcoming that you feel right at home here. We appreciate when someone has the ability and willingness to be selfless, creative, innovative, or just dares to be different. And the people here are filled with this energy, this drive to do something and that is inspiring.
There is a quote that goes like “to be inspired is great, to inspire is incredible.” And that is what I want to do, if I can inspire one person to follow their dreams and not give into the pressure of this society, then that would be one of the greatest accomplishments of mine. In this big ocean my effort might be equivalent to a drop of water but, let’s not forget tiny drops of water makes an ocean. Thank you!
